These Terms outline the rules and regulations for your use of the Mintifly Service. The purpose of these Terms is to protect both you and Mintifly by establishing clear guidelines regarding your rights and responsibilities when using our Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of any changes to these Terms.

Mintifly reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the Service. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

To use the Services, you must be at least 18 years old and not barred from using the Services under applicable law. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

If you are using the Services on behalf of an entity, organization, or company, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms and you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of that organization.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User Content you submit through the Services and that such User Content does not violate the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SaaSify regarding your use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements between you and SaaSify relating to your use of the Services.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of SaaSify.
